Once we have found the right candidate for your company we carry out a full screening process including both technical and behavioural, to understand their motives for moving on and ensuring we know exactly what they are looking for to minimise the chances of the hire dropping out at a later stage.

We work with both parties to find suitable times and run through thorough interview preparation to ensure the candidate will perform as well as they possibly can.
After each interview stage we debrief with the candidate to ensure they are fully interested in the role and company and report back if there are any issues.
Once we receive confirmation from you we will do a trial offer to ensure the candidate is looking to accept, if there are any issues we can report back to you in an attempt to resolve them.
We provide candidates a resignation pack so that they have everything they need to resign and talk them through counteroffer scenarios and why they statistically rarely help.
Once a candidate has started and had some time to bed in we will catch up with them and the employer to check the placement is going well and if there are any issues which need to be addressed.
